The fascinating rock strata at Sandymouth in North Cornwall, with their contrasting bands of colour, provide wonderful subject matter. Although there is plenty of sand, as the name suggests, it is the rocks that I find most interesting and I never tire of photographing them. Here I used a long lens to isolate a small section at the base of the cliff.
