I always try and keep an eye out for interesting reflections when walking in woodland, as this can make for interesting and unusual compositions. From a certain angle this small pool at Drewerstone Wood, near Shaugh Prior, caught the reflections of both blue sky and sunlit trees. It seemed to encapsulate the colours of autumn on a crisp sunny day. The dark tree trunks provide just enough context to suggest a woodland setting.
